At eu.dvf.com, FREE returns are offered within 21 days of receiving an order. Items may be returned to DVF.com or to a store location within 21 days of receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment or store credit, unless the item is marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All returned garments must be received at the warehouse in their original / unworn condition with all tags attached for the refund or exchange to be processed. Products that have been worn / altered or missing tags will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at the warehouse. Refunds should appear on your account up to 7 business days after the return has been closed, depending on your banking institution.

For orders shipping to the European Union, they are shipped from the fulfillment center in the Netherlands. UK orders are sent from the fulfillment center based in Leeds. All other orders are shipped from the fulfillment center in Pennsylvania, USA. Available shipping methods are displayed in checkout based on the shipping address entered. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed, so please allow additional transit time for potential delays. Once your order ships, an email will be sent to provide the tracking details. Any shipping related costs will not be refunded upon receipt of your return as the service is provided to you upon fulfillment from the warehouse and completed once the product is promptly delivered to your shipping address.

Dvf EU operates three websites, each with different shipping options. The main website, www.dvf.com, ships to the United States and all other countries aside from those listed below. The europe.dvf.com website ships to European Union Countries, and the uk.dvf.com website ships to the United Kingdom.

To find a specific item on the Dvf EU website, you can use the search bar located in the upper-right hand corner of the website. You can search by the item name, style number, SKU, or colorway.

If you need to return an item to Dvf EU, they will refund the cost of the returned merchandise within 10 business days of receipt at their warehouse. Once your return has been processed, they will send you an email to confirm. Refunds are automatically issued to your original form of payment, unless otherwise specified.
